Tuesdays September 10 - 24/19

3:30 - 4:15 pm. (6-10 year old)

5:30 - 6:15pm (11 year +)

Power Skills is an action-packed, high energy instructional power skating skills program that focuses on balance, power, agility, speed and endurance. This program will enhance and build upon existing hockey lesson plans and agility training being offered by the CRMA!!!

If your skater needs a brush up or loves to be on the ice, one of these classes will improve their techniques to play a great game!

The Power Classes are divided into two age groups:

6-10 year old - have classes geared around accentuating basic skills and fundamentals to enhance their pushing power, balance and coordination. There is also instruction on cross over techniques, backwards skating, edges, stopping and improving their stamina.

11 year old + - is geared towards individuals who have advanced skating skills and are interested in learning more about advanced edges, quick feet with aggressive speed and control,
