Due to COVID 19 restrictions all official are at Stage 2 of return to hockey and are not permitted to go on the ice until 2020/2021 Officiating Clinic is completed.

All new officials need to complete the RAMP referee account registration.
You will have to complete the HCOP (Hockey Canada Officiating Program) Online Course before registering for the clinic:
Once you have completed the Online Course you can then register for the in-person clinic.

WHAT TO BRING: Rule book, paper and pen. New officials will receive a rule book at the clinic.
Your fee will be reimbursed after you have officiated seven minor hockey games. You must forward your receipt to firstname.lastname@example.org if you are wanting to be reimbursed - If you don't forward a copy of your receipt of the amount that you paid, you will not be reimbursed.

There is a mandatory on-ice session that all New and Level One's must attend to be a fully certified official.
If you do not attend this on ice session, you will not be a registered official, nor will you be able to get the cost of the clinic fee back.
